We”re pleased to announce a new addition to our range in the shape of 5 quality Belgian beers from the La Rulles Brewery. Their flagship beer is the Jean Chris Numero 1, (6.0%) born of a meeting between Jean Le Chocolatier and Mi-Orge Mi-Houblon, the JeanChris is a real beer, of affirmed character, refreshing yet complex.

In addition to Jean Chris Numero 1, we also stock the following La Rulles beers: La Rulles Blonde (7%), La Rulles Brune (6.5%), La Rulles Triple (8.4%) & La Rulles Estivale (5.2%). Each is sold in a 6 bottle pack, with bumper 750ml bottles, or there the La Rulles mixed case with all a bottle of each of these beers (and 2 bottles of La Rulles Blonde) so you can sample the entire range.

Their sausages contain no artificial preservatives and are made using shoulder and leg cuts to avoid the gristly bits. With an impressive 85% meat content and no fat added to the mixes they are a gourmet sausage. Cooking them is simple and they won't explode as the fat tries to escape. Each pack contains six sausages and weighs between 465 and 480g. Because they are hand made, using all natural skins, the pack sizes vary slightly in weight but we will also select a range of sizes for your order where we can.

The pigs are outdoor-reared and receive the best of care. We have seen the farm where they are raised and were impressed by the facilities available and the care the animals receive.

These sausages can be frozen and will keep well for up to six months and can be kept refrigerated for up to 7 days.
